REVIEW PROCESS GETS UNDERWAY

St. George, May 1, 2008 -- The Inter Agency Group of Development Organisations (IAGDO) facilitated a session on Thursday  to:

(i)  Review the 2003 Code with a view to formulating a code by civil society for the upcoming elections
(ii)  Formulate a programme of public education and awareness in relation to the Code
(iii)  Identify priority issues that civil society would like candidates and parties to address.

CAPBANK NOT TURNED OVER

St. George, May 8, 2008 -- Following an announcement by Chief Executive Officer of Capital Bank International, Finton DeBourg on Wednesday that a judge had ruled that the appointment of a Receiver was unlawful, the bank was scheduled to be returned to its owners by noon on Thursday.

JUDGE ORDERS CAPBANK RETURNED TO OWNERS

St. George, May 7, 2008 -- Chief Executive Officer of Capital Bank International, Mr. Finton DeBourg announced on Wednesday that the Court has revoked the appointment of David Holukoff as Receiver for Capital Bank on the grounds that such appointment was unlawful.  The Court has further ordered the Holukoff hand over the bank to its owners by midday on Thursday.
