GRENADA'S CONSUL GENERAL IN NEW YORK ISSUES STATEMENT

On behalf of the Grenadian Community in New York and the United States I would like to express our deepest sympathy for the victims of Tuesday’s earthquake in Haiti.

We are also saddened and concerned by reports of heavy infrastructural damage. Words cannot convey our sense of loss for the innocent victims. Our hearts and prayers are with them and the rescue workers who are frantically trying to save lives.
