FOUR SEASONS PROJECT TAKING SHAPE |

NEW CEO OF FOUR SEASONS DEVELOPMENT COMPANY
St. George, December 28, 2007 -- After twenty years of service, the Senior Vice President of Development for the Four Seasons, Roy Paul, will be leaving his post to join the real estate development company responsible for building the Four Seasons resorts in both Barbados and Grenada.
Mr. Paul has accepted the role of Chief Executive Officer of this organization, which was launched by London-based businessmen Mike Pemberton and Robin Paterson.
Mr. Paul obtained his Bachelor of Commerce degree in hotel and food administration from the University of Guelph in Guelph Ontario, and his MBA from York University in Toronto Ontario. Mr. Pemberton and Mr. Paterson have expressed their delight in welcoming Mr. Paul aboard this exciting new venture.
The Four Seasons development in Grenada will encompass Mt. Hartman and Hog Island, and building is scheduled to commence later on this year.
