TRAVEL WRITERS VISIT GRENADA

St. George, April 30, 2008 -- Readers of and subscribers to the Caribbean Travel & Life Magazine will soon be privy to details of Grenada’s Drum Festival following this weekend’s visit to Grenada by a USA freelance travel writer Ms. Baz Dreisinger, who has been commissioned to write about the festival for that publication.

She will also experience Grenada’s newest tour attraction SeaFaris and Grenada’s Triathlon for inclusion in the article, which will generally showcase what visitors can see and do in Grenada.

Also visiting Grenada during the ensuing weekend is an award-winning Canadian travel writer Mrs. Lauren Kramer who received the award for the best article on a Canadian destination from the Travel Media Association of Canada. She has been assigned to cover Grenada as a romantic, hiking destination that has a rich cultural history and identity.

The Grenada Board of Tourism is pleased that the destination is in line for the quality of publicity that will arise as a result of the presence of these two distinguished North American travel writers. They arrive on Thursday May 1 and depart on Sunday May 4, 2008.
