LOTS OF QUESTIONS BEING ASKED

Dear Readers:

On Tuesday, in Parliament, the Prime Minister made some very interesting remarks which require a swift response.

He said that Parliament had to be informed about the CapBank report.  So, he ignored the court's order and went on to read from the report.

My questions are, why --- all of a sudden, the PM becomes so generous?  Did he inform Parliament, or the nation,  of the 21 million dollars that government loaned his family?  Did he inform Parliament when 4.5 million from Cable and Wireless dividends to government were diverted to offset phone bills which the PM's auntie's children left unpaid at the Call Center?  Did he inform the nation as to how much of the 21 million dollars that he (the Prime Minister) assured Parliament on January 12, 2001 that his family would repay, has been repaid todate?

What about the Mount Hartman guarantee to a Mr. Miller to the tune of U.S 34 million dollars?  Did Mr. Miller repay?  Did the Prime Minister inform Parliament as to the status of that loan?  Or, how much money tax payers lost?  And how much real estate did the State give away to fly-by-night investors?

Did the Minister of Finance appoint a Receiver to take over Call Center?  Was Mr. Dennis Campbell, the Prime Minister's first cousin (and one of the major players in Call Center) arrested?  How much money did the Minister of Finance pay his family for their shares in the bankrupt company?.

Does Call Center have any assets and, if so, how much, and who has them?  Was Parliament informed?  Was Parliament informed as to how much money it is costing tax payers to defend Gregory Bowen against bribery allegations in a U.S. Court?  Was Parliament informed as to how much of tax payers money it cost to defend the Prime Minister and his wife in the Resteiner briefcase matter?

Was Parliament informed as to when and why your Honourable Prime Minister asked for immunity in the U.S?  Is the CapBank situation (where the bank has more assets than liabilities) worse than the Call Center situation with the Prime Minister's family --- where government ammended Section 8 of the Finance and Audit Act which said that government cannot loan money to private companies or persons.  Yet, it was ammended to facilitate the Prime Minister's family!

Was Parliament informed that Call Center's strategic partner was a man by the name of Lev Model --- a criminal convict who spent two years in Federal prison in New Jersey for robbery?

Why the rush to use public funds to pay off depositors since the bank has assets?

When the banana industry collapsed, government took over all of the farmers' assets, sold them and paid off the loans.

Why not take the PM's family's assets and pay back the family loans?
