Many thanks for your response to my Letter-to-the-Editor.
It is with pleasure that I am happy to comply with your request for proof as to statements I made that Government amended the Finance and Audit Act to enable the government to loan 21 million dollars to a company involving the Prime Minister's family; and to substantiate my statements that Lev Model -- a strategic partner of the Call Center is a criminal.
Please go into the Hansard of January 12, 2001 and look up the budget
debate and listen for yourself, to the Prime Minister's own words
admitting to the nation that he was proud of the fact that government
loaned money to his family; and that, come March of 2001, his family
would start repaying the money with interest.
While you are at it, please ask Grenada Cable Vision to give you a copy
of last election's Leaders' Debate when the Prime Minister was asked
whether his family had paid back the huge, unsecured loans government
had given to his family's company. He said that no first cousin of the Prime Minister benefited any money from an ICT program, which -- of course, is a blatant
lie! Listen for yourself, and maybe you might be able to help us
identify the real Dr. Mitchell.
In the public interest, I have provided GrenadaBroadcast with a copy of
the audio which you may listen to by clicking on the following links. If you have ears,
maybe, you'll hear.

Proud of family involvement
Will pay back beginning in March
No family member benefited
As for being dishonest, that's too vague. Be more specific, please.
In 2003, just before the elections, malicious charges were laid against
me for fraudulent betrayal of trust. After making over forty
appearances in the Grenville Magistrate's Court, those malicious
charges are yet to be called. I stand ready to defend myself at
anytime against those NNP charges.
And, by the way, I won't be so lucky as to have a Cheltenham conduct a
sham investigation as was done in the just-released (MAHWETTE) inquiry.
As far as my cars being sold for a judgment against me, you should be
ashamed to even mention that. If you look at the facts in that case,
you will notice that the children who were abused at the Sapodilla Home
were under the control of the NNP government and, therefore, were not
available to give evidence since they were juveniles.
Remember, the Ministry of Social Services conducted the investigations
at the request of the Minister of Social Services. The results were
just like the Loto inquiry when the one-man investigation concluded
that "yes" there is corruption, but that it was not that widespread.
Remember the words of Mr. Clement Francis, Chief Child Welfare Officer,
that something happened to the children at the Sapodilla Home; but that
what happened was not enough to be called child abuse. NNP has
redefined "child abuse."
Remember, also, I had a one-man demonstration to bring attention to an
eleven year-old who was brutally raped. Do you remember how that case
ended? Before the child could give evidence, the case was dismissed
since it was established that the accused, the son of the Minister of
Social Services and the Speaker of the House was out of the country at
the time of the brutal rape. The defense produced a stamp in his
passport by guess who?? -- the Grenada Immigration to prove that he was
out of the country.
Remember the Indian boy in Soubise who was maimed by the same
Minister's son in a motor accident? The man is bed-ridden as a result
of the life threatening injuries he suffered. His case was also
dismissed because he could not get out of the hospital to be in court
Even the police case against the Minister's son for driving without a
valid license was dismissed, as well. The man is seriously damaged.
He is now a vegetable, and yet you talk about me needing psychological
help? Take a good look around you and the NNP, and I am sure you will
see who is really in need of psychological help.
So please don't shout about judgment against me. There are two sets of laws in Grenada --- one for the NNP, and one for others.
As for being thrown out of the NNP, I think you must have been living under a rock.
The malicious charges against me were laid in 2003 --- three years
after I parted company with the NNP. If you are sending threats to me
to frighten me into silence, please be advised that I am a political
street fighter. They can sell everything I own, but I won't be daunted.
Some men lose their lives in the fight against injustice and oppression. The price against injustice is high.
Selling my cars is just a small price to pay, but I will buy back
better. Some men haev gone to the Great Beyond and were not afforded a
proper burial. Some were identified only by the invoices they had in
their pockets at their time of death. Maybe to collect whatever money
government may have owed to them. And they died without collecting it.
I gave up a lucrative business to enter politics; so losing a few cars is not, in my opinion, a cause for too much concern.
Mr. Mark Thompson, I am extending to you an invitation to meet me in a
'live' broadcast so as to give you the opportunity to expose my
dishonesty.
Talking behind a fictitious name is not in the best interest of the
country. If I was afraid of you or the Prime Minister, I would be
hiding in a cave or seeking political asylum; but, instead, I am out
there finding Dr. Howland and others and assisting them in getting
justice.
Please note that I have enclosed for your benefit, the criminal record
sheet for Lev Model --- government's strategic partner in the Call
Center; and Michaele Rose's affidavit in the Bowen bribery trial. This
is so that the public may be informed as to the kind of people NNP
attracts to Grenada as investors. Lev Model, the ex-con who spent 28
months in a federal prison in New Jersey for robbery.
If you need more proof, please feel free to email me at nnpmustgo.com.
I am flattered to learn of the PM's love for me. Please convey to him
that the feelings of love are mutual.
Let that progress continue???
