RUGGLES FERGUSON TAKES A LEGAL LOOK

St. George, July 5, 2008 -- Although a decree has been issued prohibiting any motorcades on Sunday by any of the parties contesting next week's general elections , local attorney, Ruggles Ferguson has pointed to procedural discrepancies in the manner in which the whole affair was handled.
