MINISTRY OF WORKS TO UPDATE WIREMAN’S DATABASE

St George’s, December 5, 2008 - The Ministry of Works has issued a call for all Licensed Wiremen in the state of Grenada to present their Electrical Wireman’s license to the Electrical Inspectorate Unit.

According to the Ministry the Licenses should be presented prior to making payment for the annual renewal for the period 1st January to 31st December, 2009.

The call has come as the Ministry updates its Licensed Wireman’s Database.

The Ministry will provide each Licensed Wireman with a letter of confirmation to be presented when making payment(s).

The Ministry is also requesting all electrical wiremen who are retired or are no longer desirous of providing such service to return their licenses to the Ministry for cancellation.

This will greatly facilitate the Ministry in updating its database of all Wiremen currently operating within the State.
