New York, June 9, 2009 -- As part of the Grenada Board of Tourism’s participation in Caribbean Week, taking place the week of June 8th – 12th in both Washington, DC and New York City, Chef Yvette James helped in promoting Grenada as a destination on Tuesday.

Chef James is a Grenadian and has operated her own Brooklyn, New York-based catering business for more than 10 years. She is a graduate of the Institute of Culinary Education in New York City and was the personal chef to supermodel Naomi Campbell for two years.
