ALLIE IS NO LONGER WITH US

Carriacou, June 21, 2009 -- The Mt. Royal Progressive Youth Movement and The Carriacou Parang Festival Committee, mourn the passing of one of their hardest-working and most dedicated members; Stanley “Alston/Allie” Adams.

Stanley was a well-known construction worker/builder from Mt. Royal in Carriacou, who was always at the forefront of all activities undertaken by the organization over the years.

Stanley passed away on Thursday June 18th, 2009 at about 11:00am; less than 48hrs after he was rushed to the Princess Royal Hospital after complaining of feeling unwell.

Allie will be greatly missed as he was one of the main pillars upon which the organization stands.
