1. Fabian FARREL, 40 year old Manager, residing at Woodlands, St. George’s, was arrested, formally charged and cautioned for the offence of Assault with a Deadly Instrument, to wit: a gun. The offence was committed on the 1.11.2009.
2. Shewin GEORGE, 23 year old Landscaper, residing at Belmont, St.
George’s, was arrested, formally charged and cautioned for the offence
of Causing a Wound. The offence was committed on the 23.11.2009.
3. Stephen Gordon, 58 year old Truck Driver, residing at Westerhall,
St. David’s, was arrested, formally charged and cautioned for the
offence of Causing Harm. The offence was committed on the 23.11.2009.
4. Verlon PHILLIP, 36 year old unemployed, residing at Cemetery
Hill, St. George’s, was arrested, formally charged and cautioned for
the offences of Housebreaking and Stealing, articles valued at $180.50
ECC. The offences were committed between the 18 & 19.10.2009.
5. Verlon PHILLIP, 36 year old unemployed, residing at Cemetery
Hill, St. George’s, was arrested, formally charged and cautioned for
the offences of Housebreaking and Stealing, articles valued at $300.40
ECC. The offences were committed between the 24 & 25.10.2009.
6. Verlon PHILLIP, 36 year old unemployed, residing at Cemetery
Hill, St. George’s, was arrested, formally charged and cautioned for
the offences of Housebreaking and Stealing, articles and cash valued at
$288.00 ECC. The offences were committed between the 2 &
3.11.2009.
7. Cristal ROBERTS, 21 year old unemployed, residing at Grand Anse,
St. George’s, was arrested, formally charged and cautioned for the
offence of Stealing by Reason of Employment, cash amounting to at
$4,005.00 ECC. The offence was committed between the 1.2.2009 &
31.7.2009.
8. Alexander CROMWELL, 22 year old, Bus Driver, residing at Lance
Aux Epines, St. George’s, was arrested, formally charged and cautioned
for the offence of Possession of a Controlled Drug, to wit: one wrapped
portion of Cannabis. The offence was committed on the 23.11.2009.
9. A 17 year old Helper, residing at Woodlands, St. George’s, was
arrested, formally charged and cautioned for the offence of Possession
of a Controlled Drug, to wit: fifteen wrapped portions of
Cannabis. He was also informed that he will be reported for the
offence of Possession of a Controlled Drug with Intent to Supply to
Another. The offences were committed on the 23.11.2009.
10. Andy PHILLIP, 32 year old Self-employed, residing at Frequente,
St. George’s, was arrested, formally charged and cautioned for the
offences of Possession of a Controlled Drug and Possession of a
Controlled Drug with Intent to Supply to Another, to wit: quarter
pound of Cannabis. The offences were committed on the 23.11.2009.
11. Byron BERNARD, 22 year old Carpenter, residing at Sendall
Street, Grenville, St. Andrew’s, was arrested, formally charged and
cautioned for the offence of Murder. The offence was committed on the
18.11.2009.
