Dear Sir, could you please find out what has happened to the case ---Baptiste versus the Superversor of Elections? The case was heard on September 30th, 2003 and as of now, a deceison is yet to be handed down. Even if one is given now it will be absolute. Was there political interference? Why is a matter of such public interest taking so long? Would the C.C.J be any better? Justice without borders
