Hayden NOEL, a 44 year old unemployed, residing at Jean Anglais, St. George, was arrested, formally charged and cautioned for the offence of Damage to Property, to wit: one lift Courtesy lamp, valued at $65.75 ECC, one left front door glass, valued at $908.83 ECC and one front door panel, valued at $2,446.42 ECC. the offence of Causing Harm. The offence was committed on the

Lerry FERGUSON, a 22 year old Fisherman, residing at Resource, St.
Mark, was arrested, formally charged and cautioned for the offences of
Possession of a Controlled Drug, to wit: one partly burnt Cannabis
cigarette and Possession of an Offensive Weapon, to wit: a knife. The

Possession of a Controlled Drug, to wit: half pound of Cannabis. The

Possession of a Controlled Drug within one hundred yards Radius of a
School, to wit: two ounces of Cannabis. The offence was committed on
