1.    PLEASE NOTE THAT:    the date set for elections of officers to the Management Committee of TAWU is on Thursday, 18th March 2010.  (Set by virtue of Rule 9 Section 1).

2.    Mr. Allan Simon of Mt. Parnassus, St. George=s  was appointed to the post of Chief Elections Officer by the Management Committee, and the Provisions of Rule 12 Section 3.

3.    ELECTIONS OF OFFICERS: the date for the Elections of Officers to serve on the Management Committee for the new term shall be Thursday, 18th March 2010.

4.    All Union members who would have been financial members for a continuous period of 12 months prior to Thursday, 18th March 2010, and whose name does not appear on the list should contact the Chief Elections Officer at telephone number 405-1899, and or report the matter to your Shop Steward, or contact our Union office at telephone numbers 440-2231, 440-5878, 440-8533 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

5.    CLOSING DATE for the corrections of the attached list shall be Friday, February 26, 2010; 4:00 p.m.

6.    CLOSING DATE FOR THE NOMINATION OF CANDIDATES TO CONTEST THE ELECTION OF MEMBERS TO THE MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE, SHALL BE WEDNESDAY, MARCH 03, 2010; 4:30 P.M. TAWU-HOUSE, GREEN STREET, ST. GEORGE'S.
