THE "GANG OF FOUR"

The Toronto NDC Support group has followed recent media reports regarding a so called “Gang of Four” within the Tillman Thomas administration. We believe that such reports are being promoted by persons with a very narrow and selfish self-serving interest.

There is “ONE TEAM” led by the Honorable Prime Minister, Tillman Thomas; and wholeheartedly supported by all cabinet ministers. The Toronto NDC Support Group is confident that the present NDC Administration is the right team at the right time to lead Grenada out of its terrible economic and divisive political climate.

With Honesty, Transparency and Accountability as its hallmark, the NDC Administration of the Honorable Tillman Thomas will usher in a new way of doing business in Grenada. Justice, though appearing slow in coming, will not only be seen to be done, but will be meted out in the fullness of time.

Attempts to drive a wedge between members of the NDC cabinet will fail. Honorable Peter David, Minister of Foreign Affairs is one of Grenada’s most hardworking, caring and dedicated parliamentarians. His interests are the upliftment of all Grenadians.

Honorable Nazim Burke, Minister of Finance is likewise a dedicated, industrious and caring member of parliament working diligently to improve the well being of all Grenadians.

They, along with all members of the NDC Cabinet are laying the foundation for the building of a better and more prosperous Grenada. They are focused on the work Grenadians have elected them to complete, and will not be distracted by divisive rumors and “brango.”

We categorically and unequivocally support the work of this Administration, for we are convinced that all Grenadians will benefit from the efforts of Prime Minister Thomas and his capable team.
