DEADLINE FOR FILING ANNUAL STAMP TAX & INCOME TAX RETURN

ST. GEORGE’S, GRENADA, March 10, 2010: The Ministry of Finance advises the general public that, in accordance with section 65 of the Income Tax Act 36 of 1994, the deadline for the filing of Annual Income Tax Returns for businesses whose fiscal year ended 31st December 2009) is 31st March 2010.  Additionally, in accordance to Section 6, of the Annual Stamp Tax Act 36 of 1992, the filing date for Annual Stamp Tax Return for 2010 is also 31st March 2010.  Every person who operates a business, trade or profession is reminded of their obligations under the Acts.
