Shawn HENRY, a 33 year old, mechanic, residing at La Mode, St. George, was arrested, formally charged and cautioned for the offences of Housebreaking & Stealing, to wit: cash amounting to $950.00 US. The offences were committed on the 9.3.2010.
Nyron PARRIS, a 22 year old, maintenance worker, residing at
Beausejour, St. George, was arrested, formally charged and cautioned
for the offence of Causing a Wound. The offence was committed on the
5.2.2010.
Denis ST. CLAIR, a 49 year old, unemployed, residing at Concord, St.
John, was arrested, formally charged and cautioned for the offence of
Praedial Larceny, to wit: three pumpkins, valued at $30.00 ECC. The
offence was committed on the 11.3.2010.
David NOEL, a 29 year old, construction worker, residing at Salisbury
Road, Grenville, St. Andrew, was arrested, formally charged and
cautioned for the offence of Stealing, articles valued at $6,269.00
ECC. The offence was committed on the 1.3.2010.
