CRIME REPORT
PERIOD: 10.02.10 - 11.02.10
As a result of an operation conducted by Officers attached to Drug Squad, at Brun’s Point Roundabout St. George, vehicle registration # PAB748 owned by Neilson Dwight Samuel, was searched and a black plastic bag with dried plant materials resembling Cannabis was found. Samuel was subsequently arrested and charged for the offences of Possession of a Controlled Drug and Trafficking of a Controlled Drug. He was taken to C.I.D, St. George’s along with the Cannabis where it weighed in at nine ounces. The vehicle was impounded for investigative purposes. Occurred on the 10.20.2010.
Marcus JOHNSON, a 26 year old labourer residing at the Limes, St.
George, was arrested, formally charged and cautioned for the offence of
Damage to Property, to wit: one left front glass of Nissan vehicle
registration number PZ913, valued at $700.00 ECC. The offence was
committed between the 6 & 7.2.2010.
Sheldon SAMUEL, 29, Eston YOUNG, 29, and Ronald FLETCHER, 26 years old, all unemployed residents of Non-Pariel, St. Mark, were arrested, formally charged and cautioned for the offence of Causing a Wound. They were also charged for the offence of Possession of an Offensive Weapon, to wit: a cutlass. The offences were committed on the 8.2.2010. Leroy PETERS, a 34 year old fisherman residing at Gouyave Estate, St. John was arrested, formally charged and cautioned for the offence of Housebreaking, for the purpose of committing a felony therein, to wit: Stealing. The offence was committed on the 9.2.2010. Francis PANCHOO, a 48 year old, labourer residing at Mt. Rose, St. Patrick, was arrested, formally charged and cautioned for the offence of Stealing, to wit: one radial G.T tyre, valued at $150.00 ECC. The offence was committed on the 9.2.2010. Devon BONAPARTE, 20 years old and Trevon BONAPARTE, 19 years old, both unemployed residents of Pomme Rose, St. David were arrested, formally charged and cautioned for the offence of Possession of a Controlled Drug, to wit: three and a quarter pounds of Cannabis. The offence was committed on the 10.2.2010. VEHICULAR RELATED ACCIDENTS Three (3) minor accidents were reported for the period. |
