ST. JOHN RESIDENT ON DRUG RELATED CHARGES
SNUG CORNER RESIDENT CHARGED WITH NON-CAPITAL MURDER
St. George -- A 58 year old Mt. Nesbit (St. John) resident is due to appear at the St. George's Magistrate's Court at 09:00 a.m. on Friday on drug related charges.
Errol John was arrested during an operation by officers attached to Drug Squad, on Monday 24th December 2012, which led to the seizure of thirty-two pounds of cannabis and four ounces of cocaine.
He's been charged with possession and trafficking of a controlled drug.
Meanwhile, 28 year old Ziggy Lett of Snug Corner, St. George who appeared before the St. George's Magistrate's Court on Thursday, charged in connection with the death of Michael Roberts of Maulti, St. David has been remanded to prison.
Lett is due to reappear in Court January 15th 2012.
An autopsy report revealed that 56 years old Roberts died as a result of acute cardiorespiratory insufficiency, laceration to the heart and section of the larynx and stab wound to the neck and the heart.
