Celebrating 10 Years of Grenlec’s Customer Renewable Energy Interconnection Programme
Grenlec voluntarily started its Customer Renewable Energy Interconnection Programme
to expand renewable energy generation and provide opportunities for customers who want to install renewable energy systems.
Launched in 2007 and the first of its kind in the English-speaking Caribbean,
the Customer Renewable Energy Interconnection Programme now includes 117
customer-owned renewable energy sites with an aggregate installed capacity of 1.23 MWp.
