System 1: A tropical wave is entering the eastern Caribbean Sea. Its axis extends from 05 North – 18 North along 61 West, moving West at 15 knots. Satellite imagery show abundant low level moisture associated with it. However, some dry air intrusion is noted in the northwest wave environment. Scattered light to moderate showers and thundershowers are from Barbados to the southern Windward Islands (Grenada and St. Vincent). Therefore, THE MET OFFICE HAS ISSUED A WARNING FOR A LOW CHANCE OF FLOODING TODAY AS IT CONTINUES TO MONITOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THIS SYSTEM.
